Part of Archway Learning Trust, Bluecoat SCITT Alliance is an accredited provider in the provision of initial teacher training for both Primary and Secondary Teacher Training.
We are seeking an inspirational, highly effective and experienced person to undertake the role of Primary Lead to join our successful and forward-looking team to model, lead and continue to develop the Primary Initial Teacher Training programme, for the next generation of primary teachers.

General pedagogy sessions are delivered in the morning to all trainees (primary and secondary) following a comprehensive training programme. Trainees split into subject groups in the afternoon.
