Second in Charge of Science

We are seeking to appoint a teacher to the position of Second in Charge of the Science department from April or September 2017. We are looking for a talented educator with a big heart who shares our commitment to excellence and achieving the very best for all our pupils.

The successful applicant will play a key leadership role in the department deputising for the Head of Science as required. You will be expected to lead a subject discipline within the Science department (ideally Chemistry although we will welcome applicants from other disciplines) and responsibilities will also include carrying out the role of Raising Standards Leader in Science. You will have a strong track record for achieving good results and the commitment, creativity and energy to lead and enhance the successes in this subject area.
