- We are seeking to appoint an outstanding English teacher and leader who will support our ‘Head of English’ in leading and developing our English Curriculum. You will join us as our Second in English.
- This is the perfect role for candidates who want to gain middle leadership experience and secure a ‘Head of Department’ or ‘Assistant Principal’ role in the next 2 – 3 years.
- Access and support to follow middle leadership programmes from the outset e.g. NPQML, NPQSL, Teaching Leaders.

We have started the new academic year strongly following our best set of results in three years. We have increased our Basics measure of English & Maths GCSE grade 4+ with a Progress 8 score of -0.06 that’s real school improvement. We have seen a significant increase in the number of students staying with us into sixth form.
After a period of instability at the Academy we are pleased to say that our journey of improvement is well underway. We have been joined by some outstanding teachers who will help us ensure that our Year 11 and sixth form students achieve even better results in 2018.
