The successful candidate will be an exceptional teacher and an inspirational leader with a commitment to professional development. We are committed to all students making progress and the sharing of ideas, good practice and resources.

We are looking for a candidate with resilience, determination and the ability to be consistently reflective and to adapt their practice. Experience of supporting and leading colleagues in development is highly desirable.
