Come and join our highly successful team supporting Church of England schools across the Diocese which spans 12 local authorities in south London. Our offices are based in vibrant London Bridge close to the beautiful and iconic Southwark Cathedral.

The advisers work in partnership with schools to provide high quality advice, guidance, support and challenge to raise school improvement.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a committed Christian
  • Has proven experience of school leadership and/or LA/National Strategy work/Academy work
  • Is committed to excellence and the distinctiveness of Church schools
  • Will add to the dynamics of our superb team

The roles will involve:

  • Working face to face with our schools
  • Delivering training
  • Supporting senior leadership appointments
  • Shaping policy
  • Liaising with local authorities
  • Developing strategy
  • Brokering support across our schools
  • Developing School Chaplains
