The opportunity

We are seeking to appoint a Secondary School Deputy Head, Academic for our new campus in Al Wajba. Joining us, you will demonstrate leadership qualities of the highest order to ensure students are supported and achieve at the optimum level. Working collaboratively with other members of the secondary school leadership group, you will develop a dynamic and leading international school that is committed to High Performance Learning, leading to academic excellence combined with strong student wellbeing.

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a part in the opening of a new school with an already established reputation. The 90,000m² state-of-the-art, 6-form entry primary and 10-form entry secondary campus will open in Al Wajba in September 2020, whilst retaining a 4-form entry primary in West Bay. A uniquely exciting time for the school, the year will also mark our 40th anniversary.
