Kinabalu International School is located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The school delivers a rigorous academic education for students aged 3 to 18, based on the English National Curriculum and the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level programmes. We are looking for a Music teacher with recognised teaching qualifications and a minimum of three years teaching with experience of teaching the IGCSE Music curriculum (A level experience would be an advantage). The successful candidate will work predominantly in the secondary school. They will have high standards and a strong record of improving student outcomes. Applicants must be committed team players who are keen to contribute to the ongoing development of our busy, expanding and forward-looking school, and willing to play a full part in the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programmes. Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential. Successful candidates will be offered a two-year contract.
