The Role in summary: 

The secondary school runs from Year 9 to Year 13 and has a student population of about 300. This is a vibrant community, whose students, parents and teachers work collaboratively within an atmosphere of mutual respect. The secondary school follows the British National Curriculum and administers Pearson, CAIE & AQA exams.

The successful candidate will teach English across the secondary school. S/he will be responsible for student outcomes, curriculum delivery, and stimulate the students’ curiosity to learn. The department follows the British National Curriculum (BNC) and exams are largely Cambridge International Examination (CIE). The teacher will join an outstanding English department with supportive colleagues. 

In addition to working with exceptional colleagues and students, the successful candidate will receive a 2-year renewable contract, a competitive salary and other benefits some of which include:
