You will be working across the range of SEN needs and ages across our co-ordinated Medway SEMH provision.  Able to identify individual needs and put in place differentiated but challenging learning material, you will be a key member of the school's leadership staff. There a number of new positions which have been created across the SEMH provisions to add additional capacity that will ensure that our provision provides the very best education for our children.

As the leader of the phase, the successful candidate will be responsible, in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, for formulating the aims and objectives of the school, particularly relating to SEMH.

It is a challenging role and no two days will be the same but if you have the passion to support some of the most vulnerable children in our community and the skills and experience to achieve strong outcomes then we want to hear from you.
