The Lime Trust is looking for a SEN Class Teacher to join their team. The Lime Trust consists of 8 schools, 4 Special and 4 Primary.

This post is to work at Lime Academy Forest Approach, a special school in the London Borough of Havering for children aged 2-19.

The salary for this post will be paid in accordance with teachers pay and conditions. Additional allowances may be available for an experienced candidate. 

SEN Allowance of £2,270.00.  

As a teacher this a unique and exciting opportunity to join our growing Trust and to help create an exceptional learning experience for pupils within our school.  You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons in all areas of the curriculum and provide personalised activities to meet the needs of the pupils within your class.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and safe learning environment to nurture pupils’ development.  Having the ability to deliver BTEC, functional Skills lessons is desirable. Our aim is to provide our pupils with the best possible opportunities to succeed with future goals and aspirations in all areas of their life including social, emotional, and physical and communication.  We strive to ensure our pupils reach their full potential to allow them to actively participate in the wider community and to prepare them for adult life. Our curriculum is built on communication and student voice, we aspire for our leavers to develop their independence.
