An exciting opportunity has arisen for passionate and self-motivated Caseworker to join our Supported Internship programme team. We are currently recruiting for 1 x Caseworker on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) to work in the Kingston and Richmond area of Surrey, London.

As a Caseworker, your role is central to the delivery of our Internship programme. Supporting a caseload of learners, and giving end to end individualised support. As such you will need to be able to work collaboratively with Tutors, Learning Support Assistants, Job Coaches and employers. You will support individuals to complete all elements of the programme in line with requirements.

The successful candidate will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace. You will deliver support in various ways; 1-1 job training, working with learners to develop employability skills and embed English and Maths in delivery. There will be elements of pastoral support.

Do you have the key skills and requirements to be a Caseworker? (essential):

  • Experience of supporting people 
  • Experience of delivering against targets 
  • Knowledge of safe working practices 
  • Knowledge of sector 
  • A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent) 
  • Good ICT skills 
  • Effective Communicator 
  • Effective record keeping and reporting
