Smart Teachers is recruiting for Special Educational Needs (SEN) English Teacher who is strong with behaviour management and preferably has experience teaching in an SEN/Challenging environment. This role is about having a strong and extensive knowledge of the English teaching curriculum, but also having strong behavioural management with SEN and SEMH students of a secondary age.

· £135pd. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

In order to be considered for this role, the English Teacher will need to meet the following criteria:

· Proven experience in teaching support in the UK or equivalent curriculum within the past two years

· Experience in an SEN environment is preferred

· High enthusiasm and able to use initiative in the classroom setting

· Have strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills

· Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)

· Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
