We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large specialist SEN provision in Newcastle that tailor education & support plans specifically to each pupil who are taught either on a 121 or small group basis. Duties will include maintaining student focus during class activities, driving the student between 2 schools sites that are located close to one another and remaining a positive influence on the student both on an educational and emotional basis.

Personality is paramount and maintaining a calm, patient, empathetic but resilient manor is required to achieve progress with students who regularly demonstrate challenging and confrontational behaviour.

This role would really suit Newly Qualified Teachers who are looking to gain further experience in a challenging but rewarding SEN environment.

  • Dedicated team of experienced SEN consultants that work with our supply staff to place them in schools and locations that suit them.
  • Wages paid directly into your bank account every week via PAYE.
  • We are an agency that won't charge your school a fee should they wish to offer you a permanent contract. We won't stand in the way of your career.
