‘Learning for Life’ defines the ethos and values of High Park as a school for pupils with Communication and Interaction difficulties. We have a unique place in the education system in Bradford and in providing an all- age resource for those who need our structures and approaches to learning.

High Park School has a strong commitment to safeguarding 

High Park is an academy for pupils with communication and interaction difficulties including autism and severe learning difficulties, aged 3-19. We are part of the Interaction & Communication Academy Trust (ICAT).

We have created a specialist provision which is child centered and innovative in its approach. Our dedicated multi-professional team support all pupils to access a creative and engaging curriculum in a safe, secure and happy learning environment. 

We offer excellent professional development and a unique opportunity to work within a school led system with scope for working alongside colleagues in other schools across the MAT. Special school experience is desirable but not necessary although you should have excellent knowledge of early child development and methods of learning. We welcome applications from NQTs and experienced teachers.
