An exciting opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team in a flourishing independent school catering for students with mild to moderate complex special educational needs (SEND) as a class teacher. We are looking for a class teacher who is wanting opportunities to lead on teaching and learning at a middle or senior level.
The Chelsea Group of children is a unique and successful Independent Day School for children with Specific Learning Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Condition, ADD/ADHD, SEMH, social communication difficulties, sensory processing disorders and other associated needs. It provides a unique style of education with a therapeutic approach to students aged 4-11 and is part of the Cavendish Education Group.
The successful candidate will be an inspiring, innovative and highly motivated teacher with astrong focus on teaching and learning, curriculum development and pastoral care, particularly at the primary SEN level. They will have previous experience working with students with SEND and will have a desire to lead the way in setting high expectations and aspirations for both our students and staff.
