We are currently looking for an outstanding Special Educational Needs teacher for a school located in Birmingham. We are ideally looking for an English Teacher who is also comfortable with a variety of other subjects. This school caters for students with behavioural difficulties who are 11 to 19 years of age, so we are ideally looking for someone that is confident in their behavioural management skills. 

This role will begin as soon as possible and will continue through until the end of the school year, and is on a full time basis. We are looking for someone that has experience of working within a Special Educational Needs environment and is comfortable in their ability to work with challenging students. 

The Ideal candidate – 

· Will have QTS

· Highly creative in a classroom setting 

· Knowledge within the education sector 

· Passion for supporting the learning of children 

· In date DBS & on the Update Service   

Candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview to register; we will need to gain two references either academic or professional and hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
