32.5 HOURS PER WEEK (TERM TIME ONLY)

Range A2:Scale 3/4: £15,937 - £18,527 (depending on qualifications and experience)

Required May 2018 to work in our new provision base for Autism, Anstruther House

We are a successful, thriving and welcoming multi-cultural school well know for being inclusive. We are located in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington  and Chelsea near the Kings Road and serve a divers local community. In September 2017 we moved into our brand new state of the art building.

We are seeking to appoint a specialist SEN teaching assistant to join our existing team supporting children in our provision for autism. Experience of working with children on the autistic spectrum is desirable as well as a keen interest to learn more about autism education.

You will work as joint educator with the teachers and lead teacher for autism. You will need lots of energy and enthusiasm as well as dedication, professional skills and a willingness to learn.

About Marlborough Primary School

Marlborough Primary School is  an inclusive, well established and welcoming two form entry primary school serving a diverse local population in the heart of Chelsea. The school has been in existence since 1878 and we are proud of its place within the community. 

In September 2017 we moved into a brand new state of the art building which offers spaces for creativity and recreation. The school has access to a dance studio, a creative media suite, an art and design studio, large hall spaces, terraced outdoor play spaces. a MUGA and specialist provision for autism.
