We are currently looking to recruit an outstanding Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join a school located in Solihull. You will be working with students who have Moderate Learning Difficulties and are 3 to 19 years of age. We are ideally looking for someone that is confident in their ability to work alongside the class teachers, supporting the day to day running of lessons. 

This role will begin as soon as possible and end in July, and will be on a part time basis. You will be expected to work with students on a 1:1 basis and with small groups. This school has outstanding facilities to cater for the needs of all of its students. 

The ideal candidate –

· Level 2 TA qualification

· Deliver quality assistance to teacher(s) and pupil(s)

· Build rapport with the children

· In date DBS & on the Update Service  

Candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview to register; we will need to gain two references either academic or professional and hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (or be prepared to allow us to process one for you).
