We are currently recruiting for a passionate Teaching Assistant who has recent experience working with Autism and various moderate learning difficulties. This will be for a full time, ongoing role in a highly regarded Special Educational Needs school we are partnered with in Walsall.
You will be working with students of both Primary and Secondary ages who have a range of special educational needs, alongside a team of supportive and caring staff, where the needs of the child always come first.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in working with the specialist needs of students with autism and MLD, and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for candidates who have great behaviour management skills and can help maintain a positive and supportive environment for learners.
