Tes is supporting the appointment for a SENCo Assistant to join a school based in Hampshire.

About the School

The school is a co-educational day school, which helps educate and support children aged between 5 – 16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges and additional complex behaviours. In addition to taking day students from the local area, the school is linked with four residential homes and is located in Waterlooville, just outside of Portsmouth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the SENCo and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in various aspects of the schools administrative obligations and requirements in particular the communication with local authorities and administration of annual reviews of EHCP’s, and administration of PEP’s and LAC reviews.
