The Governors of this Outstanding and over-subscribed school are seeking to appoint a full time (part time will be considered) inspirational and passionate experienced Teacher as SENCo to join our wonderful team in our happy, busy and thriving School. You will also be part of the Senior Leadership Team.

• You will be an inspiring class teacher with a passion for quality first teaching, you will be a qualified SENDCo who is experienced in areas of training and process and have sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice.
• Supporting children to secure their potential is a high profile aspect of school life and so the role will have a considerable reduction in teaching in order to fulfil the SENCO role.
• The successful applicant will work closely with senior leaders to determine the strategic development of SEND policy and provision in school. An experienced teacher with a proven track record of success, you will have a strategic overview of provision for students with SEND, monitoring and reviewing the quality of that provision while taking on responsibility for the day-to-day operation and co-ordination of provision for individual Academy students.
