You should have:

  • A commitment to support the Islamic Ethos

  • The ability to enthuse, motivate and engage students with all types/levels of need
  • Experience of managing staff and proven leadership skills
  • A full working knowledge of recent SEND legislation and practice
  • The ability to provide leadership in the development of inclusion and evaluate its impact on pupils and whole school improvement
