SENCo / Head of Learning Enhancement

We are pleased to present an opportunity for a conscientious and ambitious SENco, fully qualified and experienced, to take over our highly valued Learning Enhancement department. The successful applicant should be confident and capable of leading a professional team of five, with the energy and enthusiasm to get involved in all aspects of prep school life and learning. 

You will have qualified teacher status, along with Level 5 SpLD (or equivalent), and will be proactive in providing gentle support and guidance to anyone who needs it. You will need to excel at communicating in a diplomatic but professional manner with parents and children alike, as well as colleagues and governors of the School.
