We seek a proactive individual with extensive experience in learning support for the role of SENCo, to start in the summer term.
The SENCo will lead the strategic and operational function of learning support provision and will play an important role in advising the Principal on the development of SEND policy and provision within the College. As a member of the college leadership team (CLT), the SENCo will participate in the formulation and implementation of college strategy and policy in all matters relating to learning support and SEND.
The College is fully committed to supporting all members of staff through staff development and in-service training.
This is a permanent, full-time post, subject to the conditions of service handbook of the Sixth Form Colleges Association. Salary will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges Association leadership spine L1-3 (currently £49,268 - £51,969).
