The Directors wish to appoint a professional to join our SEND team to the following role as soon as possible:
SEND Lead Practitioner for Medical, Physical and Mental Health
Salary £24,012 to £25,991pa (Full Time Equivalent)
37 hours per week, term time only, plus 5 inset days
We are looking for caring, compassionate, experienced professional who want to make a difference to the lives of our young people and who prioritise communication and engagement.
To support and assist teachers and support staff as part of a professional team to meet the needs of pupils with physical and mental health needs, as well as to provide appropriate admin support, including the writing and amending of EHCPs, Healthcare Plans, Risk Assessments, Personal Evacuation Plans and Learner Profiles as appropriate.

Ian Ramsey Church of England Academy is a mixed, non-selective Church of England secondary school in Stockton-on-Tees, serving pupils from the age of 11-16. The Academy is situated in Fairfield and has approximately 1,180 pupils on roll.
