Salary:          Full time £22,575 to £22,983 (Actual Salary £18,072 to £18,399)

Grade:          ME5 Point 5 to 6

Hours:          32.5per week, 39weeks per year (Term Time + Inset Days)

Contract:      One year fixed term

Start Date:    ASAP

  

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and organised team player to support students across the  11-19 age range in addition to working with small groups and individual students in the Progress Centre.  For full details please see Job Description.

Values and vision

Rutlish School aims to create an environment where boys and staff behave responsibly and contribute fully as they develop a clear sense of belonging to the school community. The secondary school is committed to educating the whole person and helping its pupils to understand the importance of responsibility, compassion, competition, fairness and honesty in all that they do. 

Teaching students the skills of self-discipline, co-operation, respect and tolerance is seen as essential, as without these skills it is believed that academic objectives cannot be reached.
