We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard-working officer to work in our SEND team. The appointed colleague will have a commitment to furthering the attainment and achievement of students with SEND. They will organise the SEND review cycle, as well as liaising with other members of staff and external agencies, ensuring that the needs of students are met. They will be self-motivated and able to manage their work independently, in close collaboration with the Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion/SENCO. They will also be required to work with students with SEND in providing both formal and informal support.
