Vision for Education are actively recruiting for an SEND Teacher to work with Post 14 students who have varying complex learning and behavioural needs. The school is located in Sunderland and caters for students aged 4-19 years who have ASC, SLD and PMLD. This is a long term position due to commence September 2017 which has the potential to lead to a permanent position within the school for the right person. 


  • Applicants must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Applicants must hold or be willing to process a current DBS (Children and Vulnerable Adults) and it be registered on the online update service. 
  • Applicants must be available 5 days a week and be able to work in the Sunderland area.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and meet all national safeguarding criteria.
