Grade/SCP: Band 3, SCP 6-9

Hours: 15 hours per week (Morning, Monday to Friday term time), 39 weeks per year including 5 inset days

Salary: Full Time Equivalent £19,698 - £20,903 per annum 

Actual Salary for Part Time pro rata hours £6,856.93 - £7,276.40

Contract: Fixed term until 22 July 2022

Location: Saint Mary's Catholic Voluntary Academy, Longlands Road, New Mills, High Peak, Derbyshire, SK22 3BL

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and committed individual to join our hard-working teaching assistant team. 



St. Mary’s CVA part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, would like to appoint a teaching assistant (SEND) to join the staff team from September initially for a year. You should enjoy working with children and be available every week day during term time. 


 


The successful candidate will work a child in our Reception class from September 2021.



Experience or an interest of working with children with autism and an ability to communicate via Makaton and have experience of personal care plans would be an advantage.
