Hours per Week: 22.2 Hours Per Week
We require a highly organised individual to develop and implement the transition programme from school to Salford City College of learners with an EHCP or identified as needing additional support, developing relationships and collaborating internally and externally to ensure individual needs are met and the continuity of this support in line with statutory requirements. A level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline is essential along with previous experience of working with students with an EHCP or needing additional support.
