We are looking for a highly inspirational and motivated tutor who is committed and has experience of teaching learners with complex learning disabilities and autism. You will have a passion for developing and delivering stimulating multi-sensory learning experiences, which break down barriers to learning for young people. You will have knowledge of how multi-disciplinary working facilitates high quality programmes and outcomes for learners with complex learning disabilities and autism and will use this expertise to plan, assess and celebrate individual learners progress and achievement.


About you 

We’re looking for someone who;


• Degree/ level 5 qualification in a related vocational area 

• PGCE/PGDE in post compulsory education or other relevant teaching qualification related to the role 

• Experience of working with a range of partners and employers in order to create a relevant and meaningful curriculum

• Experience of developing a curriculum, and accreditation of learning

• Experience of working with and teaching young people with learning difficulties and Autism

• Positive attitude to trying new approaches
