We seek to appoint a passionate, enthusiastic, experienced and professional SENDCO and Inclusion Lead to work across two friendly primary schools in Havering. The pupils in our schools are a  joy and you will be part of a positive environment, with inspiring and supportive colleagues who strive for excellence. This position will be working across two schools where you will work with individual children or small groups covering a wide variety of needs. These may include: speech and language, social skills, learning, listening and attention and motor skills. A key aspect of working in this field is identifying individual needs and being responsible for

creating a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment. You will be required to organise, deliver, assess SEN intervention and provide effective feedback to staff, as well as leading on inclusion issues.
