We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic SENDCo with a clear vision for exceptional inclusive provision to build upon the school’s successes. We gained the Inclusion Quality Mark in 2018 and are looking for a SENDCo to grow and extend our provision on our journey to outstanding.

We are looking for a SENDCo who is:

  • A champion for children’s needs
  • An inspirational teacher, who understands how children learn
  • Ambitious for all pupils with SEND and from other identified vulnerable groups
  • Able to engage and motivate colleagues and support them to improve their practice


The candidate will hold the National Award for SEN Co-ordination or be willing to complete this within three years of appointment.
