• be an outstanding teacher with particular expertise and experience in teaching SEND children

• have the drive, determination, and enthusiasm to inspire their colleagues to improve SEND provision in classrooms

• possess excellent organisational and communication skills, demonstrating resilience 

• be a champion for SEND in the school

• think strategically to improve SEND provision 

• demonstrate a commitment to working in partnership alongside the Inclusion Partnership Board of the Frays Academy Trust, governors, parents, and children, as well as external agencies and professionals
