In response, CE has embarked on a major transformation program to meet these challenges head-on and to pursue its aspirations, vision and strategy. This program is called the Coherence Program and is planned to run from 2019 to 2025. The Program will respectfully question current approaches and start developing potential improvement initiatives to address core challenges CE faces now and into the future.
