£18,354 - £21,935 – Actual Annual Salary

The Role

We are seeking an outstanding individual to provide general clerical support to facilitate the smooth running of the school.  

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Deputise for Admissions Manager\Senior Administrator and Senior Administrator (Student Services) as and when required.

• Monitor the school calendar for both staff and parents, ensuring all relevant information is available on

the website.

• Assist the EVC in the organisation and correct sign off of trips ensuring all correct approval received for

each trip in accordance with the schools policies.

• Assist with the school and college September intake administration.

We're looking for you if you have:

• Working within a busy office environment

• Ability to problem solve and respond to complex and sensitive enquiries

• Flexible and adaptable, including able to work and be contacted at varying times of the day

• Ability to use webpage software, such as Wordpress and desktop publishing software, including Adobe Suite and Microsoft Publishing. (Training will be available.)
