SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Working Pattern: term time plus 5 INSET days plus 5 additional weeks during the school holidays

Actual pay £31,759 - £35,055

The successful candidate will work within our busy Transport department. The School operates an extensive coach service for more than 500 pupils along 25+ routes (covering an area of several hundred square miles from Hammersmith to St Albans and Rickmansworth to Islington). The role has a variety of responsibilities that include day to day tasks but also requires someone who can create and analyse data, make recommendations to improve our service and implement those changes as required. The successful candidate will work very closely with the Operations Manager supporting them to ensure a safe and efficient management of the coach and minibus service. They will be attracted by the variety of the role and the opportunity to play an active role in continuous improvement of the coach service to our students and parents alike.

About North London Collegiate School

North London Collegiate School is an independent all-through day school for girls, based in Edgware. Its motto translates from Latin as "in the hope of labour". There are 1,065 aged 4-18 on the school roll.

The school was founded by Frances Mary Buss at the family home in Camden in 1850. The current site was acquired in 1929, and the school was fully relocated in 1940. The main site is a country house built in the eighteenth century. Since 2011, North London Collegiate School has had a franchise school in South Korea.
