Hours: 37 hours per week Mon – Thurs 8:00-4:00pm & Fri 8:00-3.30pm

Role: The Successful applicant will contribute to creating and maintaining an effective office administrative support service through providing general office administration for the Academy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
• To support the Office Manager as a key member of the office team in providing an effective administrative support service to the Academy
• Manage telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• To undertake data input / word processing of correspondence, reports, publications, and other documents.
• To be responsible for the keeping and updating school records producing reports as required.
• As required by Behaviour / Attendance leaders, provide additional administrative support to the pastoral and attendance teams.
• To attend meetings and take notes/minutes as required.
• Reception cover as required.
• Reprographics/printing as required.
• To use Microsoft Office and Databases effectively to deliver administrative tasks.
• To work with others to help improve work organisation and effectiveness.
• To undertake data input / word processing of correspondence, reports, publications, and other documents
