As a Senior Administrator at Eagle House School, Mitcham, you’ll help make your school run like clockwork. You’ll be in charge of managing the office, ranging from meeting and diary management and providing support to the Head Teacher, HR administration and checking payroll with attendance records.  You’ll be involved in running the reception and responsibility for accurate files. With your efficient, professional approach and ability to set up processes and systems, you’ll keep the cogs of the school turning.

To join us, you’ll need some previous administrative experience and excellent IT skills. You should be used to working on several administration tasks and able to switch between them. Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature. You should be ready to support our team and will build a natural and respectful rapport with our young people.

Eagle House School provides outstanding schooling for vulnerable young people with a range of complex educational needs. Our sole aim is to support and re-engage our young people with schooling, rebuilding the connections of childhood. Each young person’s set of needs requires a unique approach. Our teachers are there to channel their individual capabilities into academic success, as part of an holistic and uniquely supportive educational strategy – and all of this from a setting that is truly inspiring to both pupils and teachers.

Our school building dates back to the 18th century and sits in beautiful surroundings including two adventure playgrounds. Add to the fact that we’ve installed amazing new learning spaces, therapy rooms and a great supporting team and it all adds up to a truly uplifting teaching environment.
