Your primary focus will be to lead on and be responsible for the undertaking of administrative and organisational processes within the school. With exceptional customer care to all stakeholders, you will be responsible for undertaking administrative and organisational processes within our school and promoting the school marketing.

We would like someone who can confidently provide administrative support to Progress & Mentor Coordinators, Transition Coordinator, DSL, the Assistant Principal and other stakeholders. This is alongside ensuring the Student Reception/Pastoral Office administration is run in an efficient manner on a daily basis – so excellent communication and customer service care is essential!

About You

  • NVQ Level 2, GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • General clerical/administrative work experience
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Customer Care experience
