Job overview

As a Senior Administrator at our brand new Queensmead House School, you’ll help make your school run like clockwork. With your efficient, professional approach and ability to set up processes and systems, you’ll keep the cogs of the school turning.

To join us, you’ll need some previous administrative experience and excellent IT skills. You should be used to working on several administration tasks and able to switch between them. Just as important is an approachable, helpful nature. You should be ready to support our team and will build a natural and respectful rapport with our young people.

Queensmead House School is our brand new, co-educational SEN provision in Windsor. The school will be on the same site as the former Queensmead School which has wonderful views of Windsor Castle and offers a truly inspirational environment for our young people. The school will be one of our largest schools with capacity of up to 130 young people between the ages of 5 and 19, 90 of whom will be in the secondary provision. The school will include a full size sports hall, MUGA, and specialist classrooms for science, food technology, DT and computing. Pupils will be supported in small class sizes (maximum of 8), by well qualified and experienced staff who are able to offer an extensive range of academic, practical, vocational, sport and leisure activities, to support both a young person’s educational achievements and social and communication skills.

For children with complex, challenging needs, the level of care and education must go above and beyond. That’s what drives us, here at Witherslack Group. Through our aspirational homes, schools and ethos, we’ve achieved the highest possible outcomes. In short, we’re enhancing life opportunities.
