St Teresa’s Catholic Primary School is a vibrant learning community where pupils, families, staff and governors work in close partnership.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic, all round office administrator to manage a small team within a busy school office. You will work 37 hours per week during term time only (39 weeks per year) and this is reflected in the pro rata salary.

You will efficiently manage the clerical, secretarial and administrative support for the Headteacher and the school. The role encompasses the smooth running of the school office, including completing data returns and ensuring all training is up to date, administration of the admissions process, and overseeing the school’s reception desk.

The post offers an exciting opportunity for the appointee to further their career in school administration by developing their line management experience and communicating with staff at a senior level.

You will benefit from excellent opportunities for professional development and networking with senior administrators in other schools as the school is part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, which includes the 21 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.

The hours of work are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday – Thursday, and 8.00am – 3.30pm Friday.

The post also offers membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
