Head teachers and school leaders strongly support a vision to collectively develop excellent leadership and you will have the opportunity to both lead professional debate and facilitate practical opportunities for aspiring and existing leaders.
Due to promotion of the current post holder we are seeking an experienced education leader who will work with Teaching School Alliances, Professional Associations, MATs, schools and other partners to develop well supported pathways into a wide range of leadership and governance roles. The post holder will have the opportunity to establish an innovative framework for leadership development in Norfolk, building on both local strengths and national schemes (including apprenticeships).
