Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Behaviour and Wellbeing Leader to join our Student Support team. You will take responsibility for the behaviour and wellbeing of the highest focus pupils attending the school, especially those who are at risk of exclusion. This will involve working closely with these pupils and their families to modify their behaviour through delivery of high-frequency high-impact intervention programmes, and co-ordinating multi-agency approaches to support inclusion.
