Who we are looking for? 

We are in search of an inspirational Senior Business Analyst to lead on the strategic development of the Education Management Information System, providing expert and specific advice to Nacro Executive Leadership Team and Education Senior Management Team on the transformation change programme design and implementation.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • To be lead internal consultant, driving forward change and providing an advice and design service to nominated workflow owners on the implementation of the programme
  • To work with the designated Third-Party provider in translating workflows in to the MIS and provide advice to MIS and ICT colleagues on the implementation of EMIS
  • Work specifically with the ICT Applications Development Analyst to ensure business processes are reflected in IT future solutions. This will include the involvement of MI staff on the requirements for reporting 
  • Embedding and enforcing change and working with senior managers on defining and updating Nacro’s Education and broader digital strategy
  • Provide system and training gap analysis and advise Education Leadership Team on requirements

It is essential that the successful applicant has knowledge and experience in (Tribal) EBS

 Totton College is a sixth form and further education facility in Hampshire. Facilities at the Totton College site include the Opus Salon, gym, media suite, and dance studio. The school is located adjacent to Totton Health And Leisure Centre. The town of Totton has a population of 29,000, and can be accessed by rail and the M27 motorway. The school also hosts facilities in Southampton, which is a fifteen minute drive away. In 2015 the college entered into a merger with crime reduction charity Nacro.
