Aims of Job/Job Purpose
The post of senior catering technician covers supervising of other catering technicians, supervising of Health & Safety in kitchens and restaurant, maintenance and implementation of the kitchen HACCP and food safety, liaising with finance to maintain the areas’ budget, managing the supply chain to service learning and provide income opportunities, and in addition, assessing learners in the restaurant and in particular on the bar to support teaching staff in Front of House.
