Senior Clerical Assistant (Personnel and ITT)
Permanent contract, term time only plus 1 day
26.25 hours per week (8.15am – 1.30pm, Monday to Friday)
Grade 3 (points 13 to 17)
Pro rata annual salary between £9,729.02 and £10,484.76 (based on under 5 years continuous service)
Contract start date as soon as possible
The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced person to work as a member of the Administration Department at this very popular and successful secondary school of 1,700 students (335 in the Sixth Form).
The main duties involved in this role are to carry out clerical work relating to staff recruitment and appointments, complete the administration duties relating to our Initial Teacher Training placements, work experience placements and Newly Qualified Teacher programme and help to co-ordinate the Induction programme for new staff. The post is based in our busy reception office where you will be working alongside five other members of the administration team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to achieving high standards. The post holder will possess relevant qualifications and have had experience in a similar environment.
