Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Commis Chef to assist in the provision of a high standard of culinary produce within our catering department.  The successful candidate will work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis, 52 weeks per year.  Hours of work are between 6.30am and 8pm.
