We offer a range of full time courses in our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) provision, which is a discrete area of courses specifically and individually designed for the additional and complex needs of students in this area aged 16-24 years old.  All courses have a focus on independent living skills, employability and English and maths skills, with our key focus being work experience and supported internship programmes. 


We also offer part time courses for adults aged 25 years old and over, who are working towards greater independence, supported employment or skills development. 


We have partnerships with local providers, schools and organisations which allow for a smooth transition from school to college and from college into the workplace.  


Our results have improved significantly year on year and we assess ourselves as an outstanding curriculum area.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Curriculum Manager to be responsible for a range of courses in our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability). Reporting to the Group Curriculum Director SEND, Senior Curriculum Managers are second tier managers within our Faculty structure.  The core purpose of a Senior Curriculum Manager is to drive up standards and ensure an excellent student experience. You will have teaching responsibilities and will be expected to carry out line-management duties, develop curriculum and classroom observations.


It is essential that candidates have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, are teacher trained and would be desirable to have both management and teaching experience in this curriculum area.
