As Senior Deputy Head – Teaching & Learning, the post holder will work collaboratively with the Headmistress, Governors and the Senior Leadership Team to champion the School’s strategic plan and ensure that we build on our reputation as an outstanding School, developing independent young women who want to make a difference to the world around them.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a clear affinity for the International Baccalaureate philosophy of education, and will be expected to lead by example, exhibiting the IB attributes in all that they do. Strong communication skills and a track record of leading effective change programmes in schools are essential, as is a commitment to delivering innovative pedagogical solutions, which unlock pupil potential and ensure that high level learning and thinking are achieved consistently across the School.
